Tulsa’s first Salata to open Thursday in KingsPointe
Salata will stage a grand opening of its first Tulsa restaurant beginning at 11 a.m. Thursday at 6030 S. Yale Ave. in KingsPointe Village.
The first 50 dine-in customers will receive a free small salad or wrap. All customers also will have a chance to win coupons, merchandise and free Salata for a year.
Salata will donate 15 percent of its sales Thursday to Iron Gate, a noprofit dedicated to feeding the hungry throughout Tulsa.
“We are very excited to introduce Salata to the Tulsa area,” said Bryan Jones, Salata operator, in a news release.
Salata serves custom soups, salads and wraps from a selection of more than 50 ingredients. Guests choose from an array of lettuces, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, nuts, seeds, seafood and vegan protein. Many items are gluten-free.
