Owasso's Cole Dugger threw four touchdowns, including a 71-yarder to Mario Kirby in the fourth quarter, as the No. 1-ranked Rams knocked off No. 2 Broken Arrow 42-27 on Saturday in a Class 6A, Division I semifinal at Allan Trimble Stadium.
With the victory, Owasso moves on to the 6AI state championship game at 8 p.m. Dec. 7 at the University of Central Oklahoma against Jenks.
In the other 6AI semifinal played Friday, Jenks scored 34 points in the first half on the way to a 48-20 victory over Moore. The Trojans victory guaranteed an East side team would win a state championship in Oklahoma's largest classification for a 24th straight season.
In 6AII, No. 1-ranked Bixby (12-0) will square off with Stillwater in the state finals two weeks from now.
The Spartans earned their spot with a 47-19 victory over No. 3 Del City. Stillwater earned a rematch of last year's 6AII finals against Bixby with a 62-12 win over Choctaw on Friday.
