Texas Tech 45, OSU 35: Cowboys turn it over five times as Red Raiders roll to big win

LUBBOCK, Texas — After what looked like a breakout win against Kansas State last week, No. 21 Oklahoma State had a mostly complete breakdown Saturday against Texas Tech.

The Cowboys allowed four sacks, threw two interceptions and fumbled once while trailing 20-7 at the half. And in the second half, OSU allowed the Red Raiders to score on four of six offensive possessions.

Chuba Hubbard, coming off a near 300-yard performance against Kansas State, rushed for more than 150 yards and three touchdowns.

But the OSU defense allowed Texas Tech backup quarterback Jett Duffey to throw for more than 400 yards and four touchdowns.

And the Cowboys trailed by 24 points in the fourth quarter before mounting a late rally that narrowed the margin.
