TUESDAY, Dec. 20, 2022 (HealthDay News) -- First-line regimens with endocrine therapy (ET) may be associated with benefits among patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-positive (ERBB2-positive [formerly HER2-positive]) metastatic breast cancer (MBC), according to a study published online Dec. 15 in JAMA Network Open.

A small but growing number of states are extending government health benefits to children regardless of their immigration status. Come January, Connecticut and New Jersey will join the nine states plus Washington, D.C., that allow children without permanent legal status to enroll in the programs.

Social Security is conservatively financed and managed. It has no borrowing authority and cannot spend itself into a deficit. To ensure that all benefits can be paid in full and on time, Social Security’s Board of Trustees reports to Congress annually, projecting the program's income and expenses over three-quarters of a century. That is a longer valuation period than private pensions or most other countries project for their counterpart programs.
