For a chance to bid on a home with proceeds going to Make-A-Wish, there are two open house events this weekend.

Simmons Homes built the home last month and decided to auction it with Williams & Williams to maximize the proceeds of the sale, which will all go to benefit Make-A-Wish Oklahoma.

The home in The Villas at Spring Creek has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and is approximately 2,300 square feet in the “Bailey Plan” design.

The opening bid is $25,000. The market value of the home will grant more than 30 wishes for Oklahoma children, according to organizers.

To view it, there are two open house events this weekend, Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. This is the last chance to view and inspect the home before the auction.

The auction is 6:30 p.m. Thursday on the lawn at 2600 W. Tucson Court, Broken Arrow.

More information on the home and the auction can be found at williamsauction.com/wish.
