OKLAHOMA CITY — Several hundred people turned out at the state Capitol on Thursday to hear an address from controversial U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and to witness Gov. Kevin Stitt sign an executive order that will, among other things, instruct schools to stop serving students foods that have artificial dyes as ingredients.
