OKLAHOMA CITY - A Midwest City man was arrested Tuesday on a murder complaint, according to jail documents.

Michael John Arledge, 19, was taken into custody Tuesday evening in connection with the March 13 shooting death of Emmanuel Elija Joseph Zenon, 16, of Prague. Zenon would have turned 17 on Thursday.

Oklahoma City police were dispatched to 9121 S Shartel Ave. at 11:20 p.m. March 13 on an assault with a deadly weapon call, according to a police report.

Officers found Zenon "lying on his back on the driver side of a car... (his) head was facing to the rear of the car and had his legs wrapped in the seat belt," according to the police report.
