Photos: Winter storm blasts Tulsa

A major winter storm blasted Tulsa on Sunday with snow and bitterly cold temperatures. Wind chill values were 12 degrees below zero in the area, which is under a wind chill warning until 9 a.m. Tuesday. Wind chill values could drop to 25 below zero, creating dangerous conditions for anyone outside without proper attire, forecasters said. Additional snow was expected Sunday evening into Monday morning.
