Tulsa Police are investigating a shooting early Friday in north Tulsa.

Officers responded about 11 a.m. after a call from the 700 block of East Seminole Place and identified the scene near a barber shop at the corner of Quincy Avenue and Apache Street.

A man found shot four times was said to be “not in critical condition,” according to officers at the scene.

Getting witness cooperation early in the investigation was a problem, officers said.
