A Tulsan accused of fatally shooting another man while playing a game at an Owasso apartment was charged Monday with manslaughter, according to court records.
Sean William Askey, 27, faces charges of first-degree manslaughter in the heat of passion and reckless conduct with a firearm in the May 19 death of Robert Sapp, 28.

Askey reportedly pointed a loaded .22-caliber rifle at Sapp and shot him in the head while playing a game inside the Brookwood Apartments, located in 1400 block of North Birch Street, according to court records.
Sapp was transported from the apartment to St. John Medical Center in Tulsa early on May 18. He died from his injuries the next day.
A judge issued a warrant for Askey's arrest Monday, but jail records indicate he has not been taken into custody.
