COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON FINAL ACCOUNT FOR ADMINISTRATION OF THE DECEDENT'S ESTATE Case PB 2020-463, IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF TULSA COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA In the matter of the Estate of Rose Marie Keeling, Deceased. TO: All Persons interested in the Estate of Rose Marie Keeling, Deceased. You are hereby notified that on the 27th day of July, 2020, the Personal Representative of the Estate, Pamela J. Wadsworth (the "Personal Representative"), of 1602 S. 75th W. Ave., Tulsa, OK, 74127, filed in the District Court of Tulsa County, an Application for an Order Waiving the Filing of General Inventory and Appraisal, Dispensing with Regular Probate Proceedings, Ordering Notice to Creditors, and Setting Hearing for Final Account and Distribution. The Personal Representative applied to the Court representing that, at a hearing held on July 21, 2020, the District Court determined that Decedent died on May 12, 2020 in Tulsa County, and that all legal requirements being met, the Court admitted into probate the last will of Rose Marie Keeling, Deceased, on July 21, 2020, and the Court proceeded to determine heirs, legatees, and devisees. The Personal Representative, in her application, represented to the Court that the total value of the Decedent's Estate is less than $150,000.00. In an Order Waiving the Filing of General Inventory and Appraisal, etc. entered in the case, the Court granted the Personal Representative's Application and dispensed with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law, ordered notice to creditors, and issued an order setting hearing on Final Account and Distribution in line with Title 58, Oklahoma Statutes, ยงยง241, 281. All creditors having claims against Rose Marie Keeling, Deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim to the attorney of the Personal Representative, Mbilike M. Mwafulirwa, Brewster & De Angelis, PLLC, 2617 E. 21st Street, Tulsa, OK 74114, on or before the following presentment date: September 4, 2020, or the same will be forever barred. At the hearing the Court will decide whether to approve the final account and distribution of the Estate. The final account will be filed with the Court on or before the 11th day of September, 2020.
