People living with bipolar disorder, or manic depression as it is sometimes called, struggle with personal relationships and issues related to family and the workplace. This mental illness can be extremely distressing and disruptive. It causes a person’s moods to swing from excessively “high” and/or irritable to sad and hopeless, with periods of a normal mood in between.

This group provides mutual support and assists with coping skills for people struggling with this disorder. Meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 6:30 p.m.
