Economic development

Broken Arrow Economic Development announced Kinnee Tilly joined the team as senior vice president of economic development. She has a bachelor's degree from Lindenwood College in St. Charles, Mo., and a master's degree from the University of Oklahoma.


Rogers State University named Jeri Koehler as director for its Innovation Center, which fosters economic development and addresses educational needs of business and industry. She has master's of business administration from Cameron University and a bachelor's in business administration from RSU.


ONEOK announced Charles M. Kelley is senior vice president and in charge of ONEOK Energy Services Co., which supplies local natural gas distribution companies. Dan Harrison was named ONEOK's senior vice president for administrative services and corporate relations. David R. Scharf was named vice president, strategic planning, for both ONEOK Inc. and ONEOK Partners. Mike Fitzgibbons was named ONEOK's vice president, commercial and ONEOK Partners' natural gas gathering and processing business.

Farmers National Co.'s mineral management division added Michelle Mayhue and Rob Millikan to its Tulsa staff. They will serve as assistant mineral managers.


Renfro Associates, Inc. announced the addition of Mike Riggin as manager of valve automation and accessories. He has a bachelor's degree in business management from Oklahoma State University.


Arvest Bank recently promoted several bankers in the Tulsa region. Mark Stephen was named senior vice president. Christyn Champagne and Denise Buffo were promoted to vice president. Heather Pillars, Richard Gallman, and David Boyer were named assistant vice presidents.

Valley National Bank promoted Keri McSorley to vice president. McSorley has been with Valley for 21 years.

Accounting Principals announced the addition of Mendee J. Perry as business development manager. She is a graduate of NSU and also serves on the NSU Business Advisory Council for the College of Business and Technology.

Gateway Mortgage Group announced the addition of David Robinson as regional vice president and director of alternative sales channels to address marketing service agreements and joint ventures.


Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma Inc. appointed Joe R. Watkins as the managing attorney for the Hugo, McAlester and Poteau law offices. He earned degrees in nursing and law from the University of Oklahoma. He has 26 years of legal experience in divorce, child custody, child support enforcement, Social Security disability, civil practice and criminal defense.


Green Country Marketing Association named Diane Roach as sales director. She will be responsible for selling ads for Green Country's publications and will review and develop new marketing campaigns.


Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Tulsa announced gastroenterologist Amer Alkhatib and hospitalist Geoffrey Graham joined the team of health providers. Alkhatib received a medical degree from the University of Jordan in Amman. Graham received a biological sciences degree from the University of California and his medical degree at Touro University of Osteopathic Medicine in Henderson, Nev.


Resonance, an organization that promotes and supports the well-being and self-sufficiency of women and their families challenged by the criminal justice system, named Debbie Gordon as development director. She earned a bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University.

Public relations

Waller & Company Public Relations added Amber Remke team as executive account manager/director of marketing. Remke will lead several of the firm's health care and professional services accounts. She has a master's degree in mass communications from Oklahoma State University and a bachelor's degree in organizational communication from the University of Tulsa.

Rex PR promoted Tom Droege to account supervisor. A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Droege previously worked as a reporter for the Tulsa World.


Youth Services named Suzy Sharp as new development director. Sharp previously worked at LIFE Senior Services for more than 20 years.
