ONEOK announced Charles M. Kelley is senior vice president and in charge of ONEOK Energy Services Co., which supplies local natural gas distribution companies. Dan Harrison was named ONEOK's senior vice president for administrative services and corporate relations. David R. Scharf was named vice president, strategic planning, for both ONEOK Inc. and ONEOK Partners. Mike Fitzgibbons was named ONEOK's vice president, commercial and ONEOK Partners' natural gas gathering and processing business.

Alkhatib received a medical degree from the University of Jordan in Amman. Graham received a biological sciences degree from the University of California and his medical degree at Touro University of Osteopathic Medicine in Henderson, Nev.
