After hearing President and CEO of QuikTrip Chet Cadieux's presentation at the Jenks Chamber of Commerce recently I have changed from a no vote to a strong yes.
Two things stood out. One is it will fill the river. The second was the fact that this tax does not fund The Channels. The voters need to get a better picture of the facts. The TV ad with children and grandchildren is nice and appeals to emotions, but the marketing needs to be focused on the facts. If I did not understand the facts then there must be others who do not see the total picture. R. Henry Migliore, Jenks
