No. PB.2023-260 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING (Tit. 58 O.S. §§245-247) TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF CHARLES RAY ALLEN, DECEASED: You are hereby notified that on the 9 day of March, 2023, the Petitioner filed in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, a PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION PURSUANT TO 58 O.S. SEC. 245, AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGAGTEES AND INSTANTER APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADMINISTRATOR. In the Order for Appointing Special Administrator, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and ordered publication of this Combined Notice. The Petition alleges that: 1. Charles Ray Allen, age 86, died on January 17, 2023, while domiciled in and residing at Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma; 2. The address of the Petitioner, Cynthia Rae Austin, is 8709 S. Hudson Ave, Tulsa, OK 74137; 3. An instrument purporting to be a certified copy of the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent is attached to the Petition; 4. No personal representative has been appointed; 5. The heirs and devisees are: Geneva Lois Allen, Wife and Heir, 8411 East 83rd St., Tulsa, OK 74133; Cynthia Rae Austin, Child, Heir and Devisee and Legatee, 8709 S. Hudson Ave, Tulsa, OK 74137, and Peggy Janice Allen, Child, Heir and Devisee and Legatee, 4748 S. 85th E. Ave, Tulsa, OK 74145; 6. The probable value of the estate of the decedent is estimated to be $60,000; 7. Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 17th day of May, 2023, at 10:30 A.m. at the Tulsa County Courthouse, 500 S. Denver Ave, Tulsa, OK 74103, before Judge Glassco; 8. The person receiving notice, or any interested party, may file objections to the Petition at any time before the final hearing and send a copy to Penni D. Skillern, Attorney, at the address below; 9. All creditors having claims against the Estate of Charles Ray Allen, are required to present them, with a description of all security interest and any other collateral held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to Penni D. Skillern at the address below, on or before the 17th day of April, 2023 and 10. The final account and petition for determination of heirs, legatees, and devisees, distribution and discharge will be filed on or before the 8th day of May, 2023. You are hereby advised that, at least ten (10) days before the Hearing, you must file any claim against the Estate or any objection to Summary Administration, Final Account, Determination of Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Distribution, and Discharge AND send a copy to Petitioner's attorney, Penni D.
