JENEN FAMILY TRUST You and each of you are hereby notified that Steven Chappell, Plaintiff, has filed in the above styled case an action to quiet title against the above named Defendants, their heirs, devisees, legatees and successors in interest in the following real property located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, described as follows:

A tract of land in the South half of the Northwest Quarter (S/2 NW/4) of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Nineteen (19) North, Range Fifteen (15) East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said South half of the Northwest Quarter, thence N 01° 08' 22" W along the West line of said South half of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 329.47 feet; thence N 88° 54' 17" E, a distance of 2638.20 feet to a point on the East line of said South half of the Northwest Quarter, thence S 01° 19' 29" E, along the East line of said South half of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 329.33 feet to the Southeast Corner of said South half of the Northwest Quarter, thence S 88° 54' 06" W, along the South line of said South half of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 2639.26 feet to the point of Beginning, containing 19.9538 acres more or less (also known as Tract "20A1" on an unrecorded Plat).

That said Defendants, and each of them, or their heirs, devisees, legatees and successors, must answer the Petition to Quiet Title filed by Plaintiff on or before the 8th day of March, 2023, or said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered quieting the title of the Plaintiff against all claims of said Defendants, their agents, successors and assigns.
