TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by Plaintiff in the District Court of Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:

The North Half (N1/2) of Lot Three (3) and the North Half (N1/2) of Lot Four (4), Block Two hundred four (204), CITY OF WAGONER, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof (hereinafter the "Real Property").

That Defendant named herein, may claim some right, title, claim, estate or interest in and to the Real Property involved herein adverse to that of Plaintiff which constitutes a cloud upon the title of Plaintiff, and that the Defendant has no such right, title, claim, estate or interest, either in law or equity, in and to the Real Property, as set forth in the Petition filed herein. That Defendant be adjudged to have no right, title, claim, estate or interest, either in law or equity, in and to the Real Property involved in this action and that he be perpetually barred and enjoined from setting up or asserting any right title, claim estate or interest, either in law or equity, in and to the Real Property. That the Defendant must answer the Petition of the Plaintiff in this action on or before the 10th day of September, 2021, or the allegation in the Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be rendered against you, quieting tile in the Plaintiff and decreeing the Plaintiff is the owner of the Real Property free and clear from any right, title, claim, estate or interest in and to the Real Property by the Defendant.
