Tulsa Metropolitan Transit Authority (Tulsa Transit)Legal Notice to Proposers Tulsa Transit is soliciting proposals from firms that provide Driver Shields. Driver Shields Proposals must be in accordance with the IFB#21-2111 which is on file at the Tulsa Transit office. Copies of the RFP can be obtained by contacting Jack Van Hooser, the Tulsa Transit Accounting & Grants Manager at email@example.com or (918) 560-5609. The IFB is also available on the Tulsa Transit website at www.tulsatransit.org. Minority and disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, age or national origin in consideration of an award. Any firm listed on the Comptroller General's list of ineligible contractors is not an eligible proposer. The contractor will be required to comply with all Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations. Tulsa Transit reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in whole or part. Award of a contract will be made to the responsible and responsive proposer offering the best value to Tulsa Transit. Proposals must be received in the Tulsa Transit office at 510 Rockford Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74120 not later than November 20, 2020 at 4:30PM CST to be considered.
