Case No. CV-2020-1218 AMENDED NOTICE BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO THE DEFENDANTS: Sandra L. Busby, a/k/a Sandra L. Higdon; and the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successors, and assigns, immediate and remote, of Charles D. Busby and Shirley Jean Busby, deceased. You and each of you are hereby notified that the Plaintiff has filed a Petition in the District Court of Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. CV-2020-1218 against you, and each of you, alleging that it is the fee simple owner of the following described real property situated in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma (the "Property"), to-wit:

A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter in Section 9, Township 16 North, Range 13 East, beginning 1015 feet West and 990 feet South of the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter; thence South 280 feet; thence West 140 feet; thence North 280 feet; thence East 140 feet to the point of beginning, all in Section 9, Township 16 North, Range 13 East, of the Indian Base and Meridian, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Survey thereof.

That the Defendants, and each of them named herein, may claim some right, title, claim or interest in and to the real property involved herein adverse to that of Plaintiff which constitutes a cloud upon the title of the Plaintiff; and that the Defendants, and each of them, have no such right, title, claim or interest either in law or equity, in and to the property, as set forth in the Petition filed herein.That the Defendants, and each of them, be adjudged to have no right, title, claim, estate or interest in and to the real property involved in this cause of action and that they, and each of them, be perpetually barred and enjoined from setting up or asserting any right, title, claim, estate or interest in and to the Property. That the Defendants, and each of them, must answer the Petition filed herein by Plaintiff on or before the 2nd day of December, 2020, or the Petition will be taken as true and correct, and judgment shall be rendered decreeing that Plaintiff is the owner of the Property described in the Petition, free and clear from any right, title, claim, estate, encumbrance, or other interest of Defendants in and to the Property.
