Case No. CV-2020-1083 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS: YOU, AND EACH OF YOU, ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the above named Plaintiff has filed its Petition to Correct Deed and to Quiet Title in the District Court of Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, against you, and each of you, alleging that each of said Defendants may claim some right, title, or interest in the following-described real property, to-wit:

Lot Eighteen (18), Block Twelve (12), ELM CREEK ESTATES FIRST ADDITION BLOCKS 12 THRU 15, a Subdivision to the City of Owasso, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof, commonly known as 7885 North 120th East Avenue, Owasso, OK 74055

and stating that the Plaintiff is the owner of said real property and in the actual or constructive possession thereof; that said Defendants may claim some right, title or interest in and to said real property adverse to the Plaintiff, which constitutes a cloud on the Plaintiff's title; and praying that the Plaintiff have judgment against the Defendants, and each of them; that all Defendants be required to show what right, title or interest, if any, that they now have in and to the said real property adverse to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff; that they be adjudged to have no right, title, interest or estate therein, and that the title of the Plaintiff in and to said real property be quieted against each of the Defendants above named, their heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successors and assigns, immediate and remote, and that the Defendants, and each of them, be perpetually barred and enjoined from setting up or asserting any right, title or interest in said real property. That said Petition filed by the Plaintiff also seeks judicial correction of a certain Sheriff's Deed from the Sheriff of Tulsa County, Oklahoma, dated January 10, 2019 and filed on January 11, 2019 as Document No. 2019002753 of the land records of the Tulsa County Clerk's office, and to have said Deed corrected to reflect the true name of the Grantee therein as Tyann Development Company, LLC. That said Defendants, and each of them, must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before the 7th day of December, 2020, or said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered adjudging and decreeing the above named Plaintiff to be the owner of said property, and entitled to the possession thereof, and that the Defendants and each of them have no right, title or interest therein, and quieting the title of the Plaintiff against all adverse claims of said Defendants.
