Sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Sale issued out of the Office of the Court Clerk in and for Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and pursuant to the judgment entered in the District Court in and for Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2018-4267, styled Mabrey Bank formerly known as Citizens Bank and Trust Company v. Vision Village Group, LLC, et al., for application as follows:

FIRST: To the payment of the costs herein

accrued and accruing;

SECOND: To the payment of the judgment of Plain tiff in the amounts herein set out and any

advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums or expenses necessary for the preservation of the Property;

THIRD: The balance, if any, to be paid to the Clerk of this Court, to await further Order of this Court concerning issues of priority among the junior lien holders and disbursement of same according to priority.

With the Order reserving the right of Plaintiff Mabrey Bank formerly known as Citizens Bank and Trust Company to recall the execution by oral announcement and/or further order of the Court prior to the sale.
