INVITATION TO BID SEALED PROPOSALS will be received by Tulsa Community College, at the Skyline Building located at 6111 East Skelly Drive, Tulsa, OK in room 511, until 9:00 AM, Monday, December 20, 2021, for air handler unit replacement at the Tulsa Community College Metro Campus, 909 South Boston Avenue, Tulsa, OK, 74119 and until 9:30 AM, Monday, December 20, 2021, for air handler unit replacement at Northeast Campus, 3727 East Apache Street, Tulsa, OK, 74115. The project will include all materials and labor necessary for air handler unit replacement. The bidder should carefully examine the site of the work and proposal documents to become fully informed of the conditions to be encountered and the character of the work to be performed. For MC AHUs replacement project, a mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at the Tulsa Community College Metro Campus, 909 South Boston Avenue, Tulsa, OK, 74119, Academic Building, Room MC-617. For NE AHU replacement project, a mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at the Tulsa Community College Northeast Campus, 3727 East Apache Street, Tulsa, OK, 74117, Academic Building, Room AB-145. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Skyline Building located at 6111 East Skelly Drive, Tulsa, OK, in room 602, immediately following the closing time stated above at an open and public meeting. Proposals received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before time set for opening proposals, as well as bids received after time set for opening proposals, will be returned unopened. Upon receipt of an acceptable proposals, the contract will be awarded within thirty (30) days after opening of proposals and the written contract executed within ten (10) days thereafter. Beginning November 22nd, 2021 proposers may contact Purchasing at purchasing@tulsacc.edu for proposal documents. Any party submitting a sealed proposal for the public facilities herein before identified shall be required to comply with all terms, conditions and provisions of the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 (as amended) of the State of Oklahoma (Title 61, 102-131). A cashier's check, certified check or surety bond in amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal shall accompany the sealed proposal of each proposer. Checks or surety bonds will be returned to unsuccessful proposers. The College reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any informalities.
